How the Calculator Works

This Marine Corps PFT & CFT Calculator uses official USMC scoring tables from MCO 6100.13A to calculate your fitness test scores. Simply select your demographics (gender, age group, MOS category, and altitude), then enter your performance values for each event.

The calculator instantly computes your score for each event and provides your classification (1st Class, 2nd Class, 3rd Class, or Unqualified). It also evaluates whether you meet the MOS readiness standards based on your selected category.

Official USMC Scoring Standards

The Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Combat Fitness Test (CFT) scoring is based on official USMC standards that account for age and gender. Each event is scored from 0 to 100 points, with 40 points being the minimum passing score per event.

PFT Events

  • Pull-ups or Push-ups (max 100 pts each)
  • Plank Hold (max 100 pts)
  • 3-Mile Run (max 100 pts)

CFT Events

  • Movement to Contact - 880yd (max 100 pts)
  • Ammo Can Lift - 30lb (max 100 pts)
  • Maneuver Under Fire - 300yd (max 100 pts)
