How the PRT Calculator Works

This PRT Calculator uses official U.S. Navy scoring tables to calculate your Physical Readiness Test score. Select your altitude standard, gender, age group, and cardio option, then enter your performance values.

The calculator instantly computes your score and performance category for each event. Scores range from Outstanding (90-100) to Probationary (45), with anything below 45 being a failure.

Official Navy PRT Standards

The Navy PRT scoring is based on official U.S. Navy standards that account for age, gender, and altitude. Each event is scored from 0 to 100 points, with categories ranging from Outstanding to Fail.
